The restaurant was magnificent with western type menu here, I had fresh dishes. The pool was very clean and I had savoury drinks in the pool bar.

Fairly clean place with very friendly staff. Unbeatable location 4-6 minutes' walking distance from city centre. Found in a busy area. Quick check in and excellent service. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

The service here is outstanding, and the venue has a charming, newly renovated feel. I appreciated the breakfast options that were served right to the table. the pool is clean and there's plenty of parking available on-site. They also offer late check-out, which is a nice bonus. it's always a peaceful place to stay. 🌟.

Needs renovation. Very poor service, very unlike most Fiji hotels.
Location.
Staff watched my disabled husband lug a heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs. Told us there was no porter service. Reception staff would not allow us to use the laundry despite being told by another staff member the night before that we could in the morning. Being international travellers we needed to do our laundry. Some guests held a loud party late at night. There was no attempt to quieten them down. Breakfast fruit looked stale. Everything was served on one plate. We booked there thinking it was the best hotel in Labasa, not so.

Great location of the hotel, so close to the room, lobby, external areas, and a supermarket and Vanua Levu. Hospitality from the whole staff.

Convenient location near main street and market. Lots of shopping and dining options for immersion within the local culture. Spacious courtyard with a great pool for relaxing and taking a dip.
Housekeeping could be improved as some rooms had lingering mold or cleanliness issues. Some furniture and amenities were outdated adding to a less pleasant experience.
